Bianca Rodriguez, a San Antonio, Texas native, brings a wealth of experience and passion to the Trevecca Nazarene University volleyball program as the new graduate assistant coach. With a strong background in both playing and coaching, Rodriguez is eager to contribute to the team's success. She joined the program prior to the 2023 season.Â

Rodriguez's playing experience is extensive and impressive. Over a span of nine years, she showcased her skills as a club player for Top Gun Volleyball Club. Additionally, she represented her high school team, Warren High, for four years, displaying her abilities as a standout athlete. Her commitment to the sport continued at the collegiate level, where she spent four seasons at Cumberland University in Lebanon, TN as a starting setter. Rodriguez's exceptional performance on the court earned her recognition as a three-time Academic All-Mid-South Conference recipient and an NAIA scholar-athlete. She was also an integral part of the Mid-South Conference Championship-winning team.

In December 2022, Rodriguez proudly earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management, with a minor in General Business.

As a coach, Rodriguez has already amassed valuable experience working at volleyball camps and serving as a coach for Alliance Airborne Volleyball Club in middle Tennessee. She is excited to contribute her knowledge, skills, and passion to the Trevecca Nazarene University volleyball program.

Rodriguez is currently pursuing her master’s in business administration at Trevecca.
