TREVECCA NOTES
2021-22
The senior nearly played in every match this season, seeing action in 29 of the 30 games the Trojans played ... had one kill from the setter position over 95 sets played ... collected an impressive service ace mark of 22 to go with 68 assists, and 49 digs ... had double-digit assist games in three contests this season, sweeps over Tiffin (10-01) and Lake Erie (10-09) as well as in the four-set loss to Hillsdale (9-25).
2020-21
Played in all 14 matches and produced second-most assists (109) and fourth-most service aces (eight) for the season.
2019-20
Played in 19 matches and 39 sets this season ... transitioned positions during the year in which she had two kills and 84 assists ... had 34 digs and 16 points.
2018-19
Bornemann finished a team-high 97 sets played with 31 kills ... at setter, Bornemann had a team-best 483 assists, 34 service aces, 162 digs ... the freshman scored 67 total points and blocked three shots (1 BS, 2 BA).
HIGH SCHOOL NOTES
Played high school volleyball for coach Adam Thurwel at Oswego East High School ...part of the National Champions team at the AAU Nationals in the Classic Division ... named to the 2017 All-Star American Team with AAU Nationals ... selected as the Most Valuable Player for her freshman and sophomore seasons ... was a three-year high school captain and a four-year honor roll student.
