Played in 107 sets getting 83 kills ... led the team with 1018 assists which was third best in the Great Midwest Conference (G-MAC) ... had 21 service aces and 195 digs ... named to the G-MAC All-Conference second team ... named to the G-MAC All-Conference Freshman team ...

HIGH SCHOOL NOTES

Hanna Matthews of Ooltewah, Tenn. … her awards include being named to the 2013 5AAA All-District team, the 2014 & 2015 5AAA District co-MVP, 2013 & 2014 3AAA All-Region, and the 2015 3AAA Region MVP. She also earned selection to the 2014 TSSAA All-State team … with the Ooltewah Owls she has produced career numbers that include 3,300 digs, 222 blocks, 225 kills, and 180 aces … the Owls won the 2015 Sectionals and advanced to the 2015 TSSAA State Championships and finished the year 45-13 … the Owls won the last three district championships (2013, 2014, 2015). They were the 2013 Regional Champions and the runner up at the 2014 Regionals. They were the 2013 Sectional Champions and were fifth at the 2013 TSSAA State Tournament … her parents are Mark and Tammy Matthews.
