Arthur Hill joined the Trevecca women’s soccer coaching staff prior to the 2025 season. He serves as assistant coach, recruiting coordinator and goalkeeper coach.
The native of Porto, Portugal brings a strong background in the game as both a player and coach. His coaching experience includes working with goalkeepers in youth academies, helping develop talent and the next generation of players at the position.
Before joining the Trevecca staff, Hill completed a five-year collegiate playing career with stops at Oakland City University and Kentucky Wesleyan College.
Hill played three seasons at Kentucky Wesleyan, appearing in 31 games in goal for the Panthers. He finished his KWC career with an 11-11-8 record, a 2.01 goals against average and five shutouts.
Hill is the Kentucky Wesleyan career leader in goalkeeper wins with 11 and also holds the Panthers' single-season record with eight wins during the 2023 season.
In 2023, Hill started all 18 games and posted an 8-5-5 record with four shutouts. He recorded 60 saves and added two assists.
Hill played in 12 games with 11 starts in 2022, finishing with a 3-5-3 record and one shutout. He recorded 45 saves.
His 2024 season was limited to one start due to a season and career-ending injury. Hill finished 0-1 and recorded two saves.
Hill secured his record-setting 11th career victory on Oct. 25, 2023, posting a 1-0 shutout against Trevecca on Kentucky Wesleyan's Senior Day to move into first place on the Panthers' career wins list for goalkeepers.
Before Kentucky Wesleyan, Hill played two seasons at Oakland City University. He appeared in 15 games during the 2020 season, posting a 2.10 goals against average, a 7-5 record and two shutouts.
In 2021, Hill appeared in 14 games and finished with a 1.30 goals against average, a 4-1 record and two shutouts. He also recorded two assists.
Over his two seasons with the Mighty Oaks, Hill compiled an 11-6 record with four shutouts.
Hill attended Colegio Luso-Frances in Porto, Portugal.
He is pursuing his MBA at Trevecca.
