HIGH SCHOOL NOTES
Foote, a five-foot-nine guard from Clarksville Academy, scored 1207 career points for the Cougars and led the team in scoring each of her four years … during her senior year she earned all district honors and led the Cougars to their first regional tournament in five years … she averaged 14.4 points per game … Hibdon on Foote, "Bailey is a combo guard with a tremendous work ethic and toughness. Bailey will score multiple ways and is a defensive asset coming in."
