The Independence High School product played for coach Josh Philips. He was named the 2015 Southern Soccer Challenge tournament MVP, the 2015 District 11 AAA team, the 2015 District 11 MVP, the 2015 TSSAA All-State team ... Pierce holds the IHS record for most goals scored in a season (28) had 44 career goals and 18 assists ... he played club soccer for TN United Soccer Club and was a member of the U18 Interregional team for the Olympic Development Program (ODP).
