His parents are Tekisha Bass and Leon Bass, and his siblings are Christian and Bryson Bass.
 
Coach Carroll on Bass: “Justin signed with the previous staff and we were pleased he chose to keep his commitment to Trevecca. He is a shifty guard with tremendous athleticism and a knack for scoring the ball. He is working his way back from an injury that stripped him of most his senior year, but we are excited about his long-term potential.”
