Had two appearances giving up no earned runs and getting 2 strikeouts in two innings pitched
 
PREVIOUS SCHOOL NOTES
Played for Coach Mitchell Turner's Rams ... helped lead team to a state runner-up finish ... led the pitching staff with a 9-2 record and a 1.24 ERA ... had 91 strikeouts in 67.2 innings pitched ... earned all-district, all-state, all-KIL, and First Team Prep Extra honors 
 
Coach Schmalz says: "Tanner is going to be a great fit at Trevecca. He has had a terrific high school career, and will only get better. His stuff is outstanding already, but I am probably more excited about his upside.  It's hard to find a strike thrower with swing and miss stuff. I believe we have with Tanner."
