Todd Yost

Todd Yost joined the Trevecca coaching staff, for his second stint, prior to the 2025 season.
 
Yost previously coached with Trevecca during the 2021 season, the year the Trojans advanced to the NCAA Division II College World Series.
 
With the Trojans, Yost worked with the team's infielders and hitters. In 2021, the Trojans won the NCAA Midwest Region advancing them to the College World Series for the first time in school history. Trevecca also won the Great Midwest Athletic Conference regular season and tournament titles while the infield posted the conference's best fielding percentage.
 
Yost worked the last two years with Trevecca legend and hall of famer Jeff Forehand who is now the head coach of the Lipscomb University Bisons.
 
He helped Forehand and the Bisons win the ASUN regular season and tournament championships in his first year.

Yost worked with Bisons' hitters and outfielders and with base running while also being a vital part of the Lipscomb recruiting efforts. The Bisons led the ASUN in stolen bases in his first year as the first base coach. Yost also saw his center fielder Alex Vergara earn an All-ASUN third-team selection.
 
Following his season at Trevecca, Yost joined the staff at Cal State University Northridge with former University of Tennessee coach Dave Serrano.

Prior to Trevecca, Yost was an assistant coach at Fullerton College in 2019-20 under Chad Baum and served as an infield coach for the Orange County Riptide of the California Collegiate League in 2019.
 
The Fullerton, California native graduated and played ball at Westmont College in Santa Barbara after transferring from Fullerton College. Yost played all four infield positions during his collegiate playing career.
 
He helped the Warriors advance to the NAIA Regionals in 2018 and 2019 and graduated with a degree in communication studies at Westmont College in 2019.

In his one season as a Warrior, Yost appeared in 25 games and made 22 starts. He hit .274 with two doubles and nine RBI while also carrying a .361 on-base percentage. He had a .970 fielding rate.
