NASHVILLE – Cheyenne Trotter of the Trevecca Nazarene University women's basketball team is the Tennessee Sports Writer's Association women's basketball player of the week, for the week ending Sunday, November 16, 2025.

Trotter, a forward from Springfield, Ill. averaged a double-double in a 2-0 trip to Florida. The victories are the first wins for TNU first-year coach Doug Novak, at Trevecca. 

The senior, who transferred from John A. Logan College, scored a career-high 25 points and added 13 rebounds in win at Lynn University. The five-foot-11 forward shot 69.2 % (9-13) from the field. 
 
On the week, Trotter shot 59.1 FG% (13-22) from the field, 100% (7-7) from the foul line while averaging 6.5 points and 12 rebounds per game.
