Wendell Poole, a 1961 Trevecca graduate and founder of the T-Club (Now Purple and White Club), introduced Jack "Pops" Duncan to Trevecca Athletics and the love affair of Pops and from Pops grew as Wendell drove Pops to TNU games all over the Southeast, cheering on the Purple and White.
