Box Score COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Trevecca Nazarene University women's basketball team (3-15, 2-10 Great Midwest) fell 75-65 to Ohio Dominican University (5-16, 5-10 Great Midwest) on Friday evening in Alumni Hall. Keeley Carter equaled her career-high with 25 points. Her season-high matches her season-high as a freshman when she posted 25 at Tiffin, including a game-winning basket at the buzzer.

THE SERIES
The Panthers stopped a two-game win streak by the Trojans and now maintain their advantage in the all-time series, 7-2.
HOW IT HAPPENED
After waiting through a weather delay and snow, the Trojans were more than itching to play. They came out hot and took a lead after a back and forth first quarter. The Trojans went on a 13-4 run to begin the second quarter, highlighted by eight points from Keeley Carter and a three-pointer by Bayleigh Carmichel. The Trojans finished off a solid first half with a 35-28 lead.
The Trojans came out of the half strong with two consecutive three-pointers and a layup to extend their lead to 10. However, the Panthers roared back with 14 consecutive points to take the lead for good. Ohio Dominican finished the third quarter with a late push to extend their lead in all they had a 29-8 run to go down 10 to up 11 with nine minutes left in the fourth. The Panthers held the double-digit lead most of the rest of the fourth quarter and won 75-65.
PLAYER PERFORMANCE
Keeley Carter has seven games with 20+ points on the season as the sophomore finished with 25 points and five rebounds, six assists, a block, and four steals on 11-14 shooting. Bayleigh Carmichel collected 16 points and added three rebounds.
TEAM STATS
The Trojans shot a respectable 50% (27-54) from the field while hitting 5-20 (25%) from 3-point range and 6-13 (46.2%) from the foul line. The Panthers led the Trojans in rebounds, 35-30, and had four more assists, 19-15.

The Trojans continue their three-game four-day road trip by facing off against Cedarville University (12-8, 7-7 Great Midwest) tomorrow afternoon at 1 p.m.
