HOW IT HAPPENED
The Hillsdale Chargers set the tone for the game with a made 3-pointer to open the scoring and would go on to connect for 11 3-pointers in the game. Despite shooting 26.7 % from the field, the Trojans deficit by just five (15-10) after the first quarter. The Chargers took control of the contest in the second quarter, outscoring the Trojans by 15 points by making six 3-pointers. The halftime lead for the visitors was 35-15. The Trojans were four points better than the Chargers in the second half, pulling to as close as 13 points before falling 61-45.

In 29 minutes, Olivia Pepperman collected a team-high 11 points to go with three steals and three rebounds. Samantha Whiteman also reached double figures with 10 points and four rebounds. Off the bench, Olivia Stephens added six points and a team-most seven rebounds.
