Box Score NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Trevecca Nazarene University women's basketball team (1-2) picked up their first win of the year and the first win for new coach Chad Hibdon as a Trojan. The Trojans rallied to defeat visiting Lane College (0-3) 52-47 at the Trojan Fieldhouse.

Lane led 11-10 after the first quarter. Trevecca opened the game with a three-pointer from Megan Kilburn (SR/Summertown, TN) and Kiersten Hunter (FR/Lilburn, GA) and led 6-0 at the 8:13 mark. Lane outscored the Trojans 11-5 over the final eight minutes of the quarter.
The Dragons outscored the Trojans 15-8 in the second quarter for a 26-18 halftime lead. Trevecca regained the lead (12-11) on a Megan Kilburn basket at the start of the second quarter. Lane rolled off a 13-0 run for a 24-12 lead with 2:02 left in the half. Trevecca cut four points off the lead before the half. ÂÂ
Trevecca started their rally in the third quarter, outscoring Lane 19-12 during the 10 minutes and reducded the Lane advantage to just one (38-37). Lane pushed their lead to 10 (28-18) to start the third quarter, but Treveccca rallied all the way back to take a one-point lead (37-36) with :53 seconds left in the quarter. The 19-8 run helped fuel the Trojans push into the fourth quarter.
Trevecca won the fourth quarter 15-9 and therefore the game. Neither team scored until the 7:42 mark of the fourth, but it was Megan Kilburn, again, pacing the Trojans with a basket early in a quarter, this time giving her team a 39-38 lead. The Trojans did not trail again though Lane did tie the game at 42-42. From there the Trojans gained some separation with a 5-0 run and a five-point lead (47-42) with 3:49 left. The Trojans held off the Dragons efforts down the stretch and claimed a five point win.
Megan Kilburn led the Trojans with 13 points and Sarah Raby (SR/Lynchburg, TN) added 12. Kilburn produced a double-double with 10 rebounds and hit 6-of-13 from the field. Raby contributed five rebounds and three assists. Kiersten Hunter with nine, Hannah Pendergrass with eight, and Adi Hale with nine all just missed double figure scoring. All three hit a pair of three pointers in the game. Hale added six rebounds and three assists.
As a team Trevecca shot 37% (17-46) from the field, 36% (8-22) from three-point range, and 55% (10-18) from the foul line. Each team collected 37 rebounds.
