Box Score NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Trevecca Nazarene University men's basketball team (2-5) handed Alabama-Huntsville (5-1) its first loss of the season, upsetting the 25th-ranked Chargers 77-64 Monday night at the Trojan Fieldhouse.

Trevecca fell behind 7-2 early in Monday night's game, but battled back and took an 11-10 lead on a
Percy Blade (SO/Louisville, Ky.) bucket with 13:49 left in the first half. They would never trail again. The Trojans led 41-29 at the half, the lead grew to as much as 20 in the second half, and Trevecca coasted to their second victory of the young season.

Byron Sanford (JR/Louisville, Ky. ) paced four Trojans in double figures with a game-high 23 points, and added seven rebounds and three assists.
Christopher Elliott (JR/Spring Hill, Tenn.) and
Jalen Palm (JR/Louisville, Ky.) chipped in 12 points apiece, and
Tyrell Corlew (JR/Louisville, Ky.) added 10. The Chargers were led by Ronnie Mack's 19 points, and Preston Herring posted a double-double with 11 points and 14 rebounds.

Trevecca shot 43.5% (27-of-62) from the floor, 28.1% (9-of-32) from 3-point range, and 77.8% (14-of-18) from the free throw line. UAH shot 39.6% (21-of-53) from the floor, 28.6% (8-of-28) from beyond the arc, and 58.3% (14-of-24) from the line.

Each team grabbed 38 rebounds, the Chargers turned it over 18 times compared to just 12 for the Trojans, and Trevecca had a 12-4 advantage in fast break points.
