Box Score NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Trevecca men's basketball player Matthew Elliott passed the 1000 career scoring mark in the Trojans 74-67 win over Cumberland University on Saturday, January 16.

Elliott, a 6-foot-2 senior from Spring Hill, Tenn., leads the Trojans in scoring at 17.3 points per game. He now has 1007 career points.

Elliott is ranked No. 11 in the NAIA in 3-point percentage (47%) and is No. 17 in free throw percentage (85%).

The Trojans are currently ranked No. 14 in the NAIA and are tied for the lead in the TranSouth conference with a 4-0 record.

Trevecca will host Freed-Hardeman University on Monday, January 18 at 8 p.m.
