(12-16, 6-8) returned to action on Tuesday when they traveled to Jackson, Tenn. to take on the NAIA
No. 7 Union Bulldogs (23-5, 12-2 TranSouth), dropping a heartbreaker 78-75.

Oduor dominated the first half of play, hitting seven of the nine shots
he took en route to leading all scored with 15 points at the break.
Trevecca used the momentum created by Oduor to take a 37-30 lead into
the locker room at halftime. In the second half, Jeremy Dixon ignited
the Trojans offense, scoring 11 straight points including three
consecutive three point baskets to stretch the Trojans lead to 18,
their largest advantage of the night. Over the closing minutes of the
game however, Union whittled away, reclaiming the lead with 4:00 to go.
Trevecca would close to within one at 76-75, but that was as close as
they would get. Union sealed the game with a pair of free throws and
Michael France's game tying three-point attempt fell off to the side as
the Bulldogs held on to win 78-75.

Oduor led the
Trojans with 21 points, and he was joined in double digits by Dixon
(14), France (13), and Christopher Harris (12). France recorded a
double-double in the game, grabbing 10 rebounds, while Dixon and De'Jon
Everson each dished out four assists. As a team, the Trojans shot
30-of-51 (58.8%) from the floor, 13-of-22 (59.1%) from long range, and
2-of-6 (33.3%) from the foul line.

return home for Senior Night on Thursday night when the Mid-Continent
Cougars (14-13, 9-5 TranSouth) come to Nashville. Tip-off is slated for
