Bre Winic brings NCAA Division I and Division II athletic department experience to her role as the Trevecca Director of Compliance.
Winic is responsible for overseeing Trevecca’s compliance rules and regulations across the entire department and all teams, ensuring the standards and eligibility requirements of both the Gulf South Conference and the NCAA are met.
Before coming to Nashville, Bre earned NCAA Division I experience, serving as an Advancement Athletics Coordinator at Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA, helping raise funds for the athletic department.
At the NCAA Division II level, she interned in the compliance department at her Alma Mater, Biola University in Southern California.
The Thousand Oaks, CA native earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration degree from Biola University in 2021. Her Master's degree is in Faith and Sport Integration from Truett Seminary at Baylor University in May of 2024.
Additionally, Winic gained experience as a mentor with the Faith and Sports Institute at Baylor University. She mentored prospective student-athletes through listening and discovery, to aid them in discovering how to live life faithfully to the call of Jesus Christ within the complex world of sports.
Winic is married to Aidan Hill. In their free time, the couple enjoys drinking coffee, hiking, and trying out new restaurants in the Nashville area.
