First played high school softball for Clint Jezierny with the Eagles of Independence HS and then finished career at Summit HS, playing for Amanda Potts … became the first Summit Spartan female athlete to sign a collegiate national letter of intent … earned all-district 11-AAA honors as a junior and sophomore … as a junior at Independence she hit .450 and led the program to three consecutive runner-up finished in the district … played summer ball for Tennessee Xplosion with Mark Thurman and Brian Drake … she is a member of the National Honors Society, Youth Leadership, Special Olympics, and Girls Cotillion
