2019-20

INDOOR: Did not run this season.

OUTDOOR: Season was canceled due to COVID-19 with the men's team beginning competition at Coastal Carolina Invitational on March 13. 

2018-19

INDOOR: Began the season with a 5:02.11 finish in the mile at the Vanderbilt Opener ... completed the 800 meter run in a PR of 2:17.47 at the Ramapo Invitational ... produced a 10:18.39 finish in the 3000-meter run at the TCNJ Invitational.

OUTDOOR: Started the outdoor season with a 5:10.30 finish in the mile at the Rhodes Invitational ... produced a 10:34.89 showing in the 3000m at the Vanderbilt Black & Gold Meet ... at the Rhodes, 7-Way finished the 5000-meter run in 17:48.71 ... ran a 2:17.13 in the 800m and a 4:37.91 in the 1500m at the Berry Invitational ... lowered his 5000m time to 17:36.78 at the Redhawk Invitational.

2017-18

INDOOR: At the Vanderbilt, Opener finished the 800 meters in 2:27.36, 22nd overall ... at the Vanderbilt Invitational improved his 800 time to 2:25.22, 25th overall ... ran the mile in 5:11.92 at the Samford Invitational.

OUTDOOR: Ran his first outdoor mile in 5:09.24 at the Rhodes Invitational ... in the 1500 meters an a 4:55.62 at the Vanderbilt Black and Gold Invite ... finished the 5,000-meter run at the Washington University Invite in 18:15.43 ... ran a season-best 2:20.78 in the 800 at the Lindenwood University Invite ... completed the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Rhodes 7-Way Meet in 11:53.76, 4th overall ... at the Bellarmine Classic ran the 1500 meter in 4:38.86 ... finished his season with a 4:36.34 outing in the 1500 meter run at the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Championships. 

HIGH SCHOOL NOTES

Appleby is from Sorrento, FL where he ran at Mount Dora HS under coach Andy Douglas … Appleby’s personal records include a 4:59.63 in 1600 Meter, 10:54 in 3200 Meters, and an 18:26 in 5000 Meters … he is a two-time district runner up cross country and two-time district champion in Track and Field … he led his relay team in the 4x800 to District Champions and the regional runner up with the sixth best time in the state (8.06).
