INDOOR: Opened the season at the Tiffin Invite where he ran the 5,000m run in 18:15.15 ... lowered his time by nearly a minute in the 5,000m run at the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Indoor Championships with a 17:17.60 finish.
OUTDOOR: Began the season at the Myrtle Beach College Challenge with a 4:42.65 in the 1,500m run and a 17:41.17 in the 5,000m run ... at the Falcon Classic turned in a 4:43.19 in the 1,500m run ... lowered his 5,000m run time to 17:31.24 at the Rhodes 7-Way ... shaved more time off his 5,000m run time to 16:53.79 at the Berru Invitational where he also ran the 800m run in 2:19.55 ... produced a 4:43.12 in the 1,500m run at the Ashland Alumni Open.Â
HIGH SCHOOL NOTES
Ran at Houston High School in Germantown, Tennessee where he qualified for the state cross country meet in 2019 and the indoor track and field championship in 2020.
