Turner made the Great Midwest all-conference team after averaging 71.40 a round over his 25 rounds this season ... played in nine events and finished with a pair of wins ... tied for win at the Doc Spragg Fall Invitational in a field of 91  ... won the 2022 Music City Invitational hosted by Trevecca at the Hermitage Golf Course ... produced two second-place finishes at the Midwest Regional at Fox Run and at the SVSU Spring Invitational ... only finished out of the top 10 in one event this season ... nineteen of is 25 rounds were par-or-better rounds and turned in five rounds in the 60’s ... season-low round was a 66 in the third round of The Tulsa Cup ... best 54-hole total this year is a 210, posted at the Doc Spragg and at The Tulsa Cup ... best 36-hole total was a 136 at the Music City Invitational

Played in 10 tournaments with a total of 25 rounds ... produced a career-low season scoring average (71.32), the 71.32 average score is a new TNU record ... produced eight rounds in the 60's and 14 par-or-better rounds ... collected two wins pushing him to six career wins, the two wins in a season ties him for second-most in a season, he owns the record with three wins in his first season on the Hill ... turned in two rounds of 66, just a stroke off of his career-low of 65 ... won the Mississippi College invite with a 68-66=134, won the SVSU Invitational with a 70-66=136, finished second at the Music City Invitational hosted by Trevecca with a 67-69=136 - those three results rank Turner second and tied for third in Trevecca history for lowest 36-hole totals ... 

2019-2020

Played in 13 rounds and five tournaments ... held a season-scoring average of 72.15 ... shot his season-low of 66 in the opening round of the Great Midwest Fall Invitational, helping the Trojans to a second-place finish ... finished t-7th at the Midwest Regional, 71-75-71=217, his best outing of the year where the Trojans finished ninth as a team ... collected one round in the 60's and seven rounds of par or better ... the 2019-20 spring season was shortened due to the Co-VID 19 outbreak with the Trojans having completed just one tournament where Turner shot a 78-73-73=224 (t-28th) at the Matlock Invitational.

2018-2019

Played in career-high 30 rounds and 14 tournaments ... shot his season-low of 65 in the first round of the Trevecca Music City Invite ... his round of 65 (-7) was the second-lowest round and versus par scoring ever behind only Larken Whittemore's 64 (-8) at the Mississippi College Invite ... dropped his season scoring average nearly 1.5 strokes from 73.28 to 71.97, which is the best scoring average for a season ever ... helped the Trojans win the Greystone Cup Match Play over Union by winning and splitting with his opponents, 67-88 and 70-70 ... his highest tournament finish came when he was t-1st at the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Championships with a 73-72-72=217 and earned his second consecutive medalist after defeating teammate Larken Whittemore in a playoff ... his season included four top-five finishes and eight top-10 outings, while not finishing worse than 20th in the regular season ... had 16 par or better rounds the most for a Trojan in a season ever ... had 92 birdies on the year which tied teammate Larken Whittemore (18-19) and former Trojan, Joey Bradley (11-12) for the most all-time in a season ... turned in three eagles which is third-most in a season ever ... produced Trevecca's best ever versus par rating of +0.07 which included a 3.12 par-3 scoring (1st all-time), a 4.01 par-4 scoring (1st all-time) and a 4.85 par-5 scoring (5th best all-time) ... finished t-2nd at the Findlay Spring Invite where he produced a 69-71=140 (-4) or the 5th best 36-hole tournament total ever ... his 72-71-70=213 (-3) outing at the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Fall Championships is tied for the second-lowest 54-hole tournament ever ... holds a 72.54 career scoring average over 53.5 rounds played which is the best in program history ... has four career wins through two seasons played which are tied with teammate Larken Whitemore for second-most behind only Joey Bradley's seven from 2009-2012 ... his 27 par or better rounds over 53.5 rounds played means he shoots at least par more than 50% of the time ... has generated 159 career birdies (t-3rd most all-time) and six eagles (t-3rd most all-time) ... ended the year ranked 3rd in the Midwest Region and as the 42nd best golfer in Div. II for the season ... his performance at the NCAA National Championships helped the Trojans climb 15 spots in the national rankings from #42 to becoming the 27th best team in NCAA Div. II golf.

2017-2018 

The G-MAC Freshmen of the Year recorded a 73.28 average round score, which is third-best in school history ... with his best round being a 68, which he accomplished three times in the Mississippi College Invite where he tied for first place ... Turner recorded two other victories ... they were in the Dan Salisbury Mem. Collegiate and the G-MAC Championship ... he had six top 10 finishes on the season while competing in 10 tournaments ... Turner is fifth in school history for being nationally ranked 81st in Division ll ... first in school history in wins in a season with 3 and par or better rounds with 11, rounds played 23.5, par 5 scoring 4.76 ... he is second-best in school history with par 3 scoring (3.22) and birdies (67) ... Turner is ranked the 28th best golfer in the region 

HIGH SCHOOL NOTES

Turner played for David Jennings and Matthew Burke at Wilson Central High School ... in just his second year of playing golf, as a sophomore, won the district title following a five-hole playoff ... as a junior finished fourth at both the district and region championships ... advanced to the TSSAA state championships where he finished 39th in his first appearance ... recorded his career-low during his junior season, a 68 in a match against Hendersonville ... captured a win at the HJGT's Nashville Junior Golf Tour event at the Greystone Golf Club in Dickson, TN with a four-under-par 70-70-140 ... placed 11th at the 2016 School Days Tournament at the McCabe Golf Course in Nashville, TN ... set the Wilson Central school record and then broke it with 65 in a match against Beech at Pine Creek Golf Course ... as a senior, Turner finished fourth after a four-hole playoff at the district tournament and helped his team to a third-place finish ... helped Wilson Central win the region title with his second-place finish following a playoff ... named all-district and helped Wilson Central qualify for the TSSAA state championship for the first time ... WCHS finished fifth with Turner making the top 25 in 21st place
