Began the season with a 16:13.9 in the 5k at the Belmont Opener ... finished 15th in his first 8k of the season at the Michael Pretorius Invitational with a 25:48.4 ... lowered his 8k time and collected a 4th place finish at the Live in the Lou Classic with a 25:37.9 ... dropped another 20 seconds off his time at the Lewis Crossover with a 25:10.20 ... produced a 26:28.7 at the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Championships ... closed the season at the NCAA Midwest Regionals with a 32:09.39 in the 10k.

2022-23
Started the season with a 26:46.3 at the Michael Pretorius Invitational ... lowered his 8k time over a minute to 25:45.8 at the Live in the Lou Classic ... finished 5th overall at the Brescia Invitational with a 26:22.7 ... offered a 25:34.20 in the UAH Invitational ... at the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Championships ran the 8k in 26:11.5 ... finished up the season at the NCAA Midwest Regionals with a 33:13.29 in the 10k.

2021-22

Opened the season with a 16:58.5 5K at the Belmont Opener ... ran a 27:53.1 8K and finished third for the Trojans at the Lucian Rosa Invitational ... finished second for the Trojans and eighth overall with a 27:35.0 8K finish at the Trevecca DII Showcase ... ran a 27:31.6 8K and finished third for the Trojans at the Lewis Crossover ... ran a season best and led the Trojans in the 8K timed at 26:42.3 at the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Championships. 

2020-21

Redshirted this season. 

2019-20

Opened his collegiate career with a 28:32.5 in the 8K at UNA Invitational ... ran in Trevecca's first-ever cross-country 6K with a time of 20:44.5 at the Stegemoller Classic ... produced a 29:10.0 at the Trevecca Div. II Showcase ... lowered his 8K time at the Lewis Crossover with a 28:17.1 offering ... ran a season-best 8K time of 26:42.4 at the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Championships.

HIGH SCHOOL NOTES

Ran for coach Derek Daluga at John Overton High School … held PRs of 800m- 1:57.08, 1600m- 4:22.52 and 3200m- 10:40 at John Overton … his personal best 5K time for cross country is 17:10 … finished with the eighth-best 800m time in state and was 15^th in the 1600m … was a member of the National Honors Society.
