NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Trevecca Nazarene University softball team (20-12, 9-12 GSC) closed its series against Christian Brothers University (14-22, 5-16 GSC) with a 6-0 win after splitting wins on Friday.

After this weekend's series, the Trojans now hold an 11-3 advantage in the all-time series against the Bucs in softball.
HOW IT HAPPENED

Trevecca opened the scoring with a two-run first inning sparked by
Shay Hollingsworth's RBI single and
Sarah Kinderdine's sacrifice fly. The Trojans added another run in the second on a sacrifice fly by
Annabelle Ellis, then tacked on two more in the fourth and fifth innings.
Ellis brought in another run with a sacrifice fly in the fourth before Kinderdine delivered the big swing of the game with a two-run homer in the fifth to left field, scoring
Callie Williams.

Ashlan Sensing dominated once again, going the full seven innings and holding the Bucs to just two hits with two strikeouts and two walks to improve her record to 14-6.
